Originally from Chelsea, Alabama, Candace serves as the Clinical Director at Client Care Continuum. With a deep passion for supporting individuals facing dual diagnosis and trauma, Candace strives to create a space where clients feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. Her work is grounded in trauma-informed, evidence-based practices, with the goal of helping each person feel empowered on their path to healing.
Her dedication to this work is also deeply personal—many of her family members have proudly served across every branch of the armed forces, and her mother’s strong sense of patriotism was a guiding influence in her life. That legacy fuels her commitment to honoring and supporting the Veterans we serve.
Outside of her clinical role, Candace finds peace in nature, creativity, and connection. Whether she is hiking quiet trails, tending the garden, getting lost in a good book, or creating through mixed media art, these moments help her stay grounded. Candace cherishes time with her family and dogs on her farm—it's where she recharges and reconnect with the heart of why she does this work.
