"As a woman who served in the military, I carry both pride in my service and the invisible wounds of Military Sexual Trauma and PTSD. For a long time, I felt isolated, ashamed, and unsure where to turn for real support. Then I found The Pink Berets, and everything began to change. Through their programs, I found a safe community that understood my pain without judgment."

Liz Olson
U.S. Navy Veteran

"After leaving the military, I felt lost—unseen by the VA and alone in my struggles with PTSD and MST. Then I found The Pink Berets. The bond I share with these women gave me the sense of belonging I’d been missing. The Pink Berets fight fiercely for every sister in arms and provide a true safe haven. They reminded me I’m not alone."

Dr. Bernadine Martinez
Director of Archery

After leaving the military, I struggled to find connection and healing. I felt alone in my trauma—until I found The Pink Berets. Attending their Catalyst Retreat helped me realize I wasn’t the only one carrying these wounds. Through archery and other programs, I found focus, peace, and purpose. Now, as Director of Archery, I’m proud to help other women discover that same strength and sisterhood.
