Shana is our mighty multitasker and Office Admin extraordinaire, holding the fort down in Arley with her beautiful children and her trusty sidekick, Cooper the dog. She’s not just the glue that keeps the office together—she’s the duct tape, paper clips, and super glue combined!

When she’s not rocking a clipboard and saving the day around the office, you’ll find Shana soaking up the peace and beauty of the lake or unwinding under the stars on a camping trip. Whether it’s lakeside lounging or fireside storytelling, nature is her happy place.

With a heart for service and a deep respect for her roots (her grandfather was a Purple Heart recipient in WWII), Shana brings her passion for veterans into everything she does. Whether she’s juggling administrative tasks, lending a hand in the medical department, or jumping into group support, she does it all with grace and grit.

Currently working toward her Case Management Certification, Shana’s dedication to growth and helping others is an inspiration. Her kindness touches lives and her ability to handle 15 things at once is just... supernatural.
