Client Care Continuum

They fought for us. Now we fight for them.

Client Care Continuum provides residential behavioral healthcare for Veterans, including crisis stabilization, trauma treatment, and dual diagnosis care. Specialized Care extends this work to first responders, healthcare professionals, other high-responsibility professionals, and American Indian and Alaska Native Veterans. The Pink Berets Foundation supports women who served through advocacy, community, and practical support.

Choose where to start

Different experiences. Individualized recovery.

Every person enters through comprehensive assessment. Treatment is then developed around the individual rather than forcing the individual into a standard program.

Native Veteran Care within Specialized Care

Culturally respectful care shaped by Tribal partnership.

CCC/The Pink Berets independently funded research, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral-health program design in Wyoming with representatives of the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho Nations. That work shaped a service-fidelity principle we still use: listen first, define the care clearly, protect cultural safeguards, measure performance, and deliver what was promised.

A different clinical question

Is the treatment actually working for this person?

CCC continuously tests whether the selected treatment is producing meaningful change for the individual.

If the person changes, the plan should change too.

Working with the VA

CCC does not replace the VA. We work alongside it.

The VA is vast. CCC is small and focused: intensive residential care when a Veteran needs concentrated support between crisis and a safe return to daily life.

At a glance
  • Residential crisis care
  • Trauma + dual diagnosis
  • VA / Community Care coordination
  • Reintegration and continuity

We coordinate with VA clinicians, Community Care, and referral teams so the Veteran’s care moves as one continuum.

From crisis to daily life, continuity of care matters.

Clinical services

Clinical care built around the individual.

Assessment, treatment planning, trauma-focused therapy, dual diagnosis care, psychiatric support, peer support, and reintegration are coordinated as one clinical framework.

The setting matters

A setting with space to recover.

Smith Lake provides privacy, water, woodland, residential homes, and room to decompress without stepping away from intensive treatment.

Clinical care sits alongside ordinary life: meals, exercise, outdoor activity, peer connection, family contact, and rebuilding daily routines.

Admissions & referrals

You do not need to know exactly what is wrong before asking for help.

Our admissions team can help individuals, families, clinicians, employers, case managers, and referral sources understand the next appropriate step.

I’ve been to other facilities, but none felt like they were built for us. The Pink Berets was different — women-only housing, personalized care plans, and real understanding of MST. I didn’t just get treatment; I got my identity back.
Army Veteran, 27
After two suicide attempts and no help from the VA, we felt helpless. The Pink Berets team stepped in with compassion and competence. Today, my daughter is working, smiling, and even volunteering with other veterans. We are forever grateful.
National Guard, 57
As a survivor of MST, I never thought I’d feel safe again. The gender-specific care and trauma-informed staff helped me heal in ways I never imagined.
Air Force Veteran, 42
They didn’t treat me like a number. Every part of my treatment—therapy, peer support, even the quiet time by the lake—was built around what I needed to heal.
