ENDING MILITARY
SEXUAL TRAUMA

71% of female military
personnel develop PTSD
due to sexual assault
within the ranks.

We are committed to helping women in the US Armed Forces, Veterans, and First Responders with invisible injuries like PTSD, Military Sexual Trauma, and TBI.

Our Mission

OUR CORE VALUES
Lucy Del Gaudio
United States Army Veteran
“WORKING WITH THE PINK BERETS HAS BEEN TRANSFORMATIVE. THEIR PROGRAMS GO BEYOND RESOURCES, THEY CREATE A SAFE SPACE WHERE I FELT SEEN, SUPPORTED, AND UNDERSTOOD. THROUGH THEIR SISTERHOOD, I’VE FOUND HEALING, REGAINED CONFIDENCE, AND DISCOVERED THE STRENGTH TO KEEP MOVING FORWARD.”
Tim Jensen, Co-Owner
Chief Brand Officer | Grunt Style, LLC
“WORKING WITH THE PINK BERETS HAS BEEN TRANSFORMATIVE, STARTING WITH THE ADVOCACY EFFORTS FOR VANESSA GUILLÉN, WHICH HIGHLIGHTED THE NEED FOR CHANGE AND SUPPORT. SINCE THEN, I'VE HAD THE HONOR OF SERVING AS A BOARD MEMBER AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE IMPACTFUL WORK THE ORGANIZATION DOES EVERY DAY.”
Lianna Garcia
U.S. Air Force Veteran
"NEARLY A DECADE AGO, I JOINED THE PINK BERETS TO SUPPORT FEMALE VETERANS WITH INVISIBLE WOUNDS. WATCHING THE ORGANIZATION GROW AND IMPACT WOMEN VETERANS, FROM ADVOCACY TO PLANNING RESOURCES, HAS BEEN AN INSPIRING JOURNEY. I AM PROUD TO BE A PINK BERET!"
Valerie Foglesong
“IT WASN'T UNTIL I MET THE WOMEN OF THE PINK BERETS THAT I FELT SEEN, SUPPORTED, AND HEARD. THEY HELPED TO EMPOWER ME TO TAKE BACK MY LIFE AND REALIZE THAT I AM NOT ALONE IN MY STRUGGLES. FOREVER GRATEFUL!”
Michelle Daily
U.S. Navy Veteran
“AS A WOMAN WHO SERVED IN THE MILITARY, I CARRY BOTH PRIDE IN MY SERVICE AND THE INVISIBLE WOUNDS OF MILITARY SEXUAL TRAUMA AND PTSD. FOR A LONG TIME, I FELT ISOLATED, ASHAMED, AND UNSURE WHERE TO TURN FOR REAL SUPPORT. THEN I FOUND THE PINK BERETS, AND EVERYTHING BEGAN TO CHANGE.”
Liz Olson
U.S. Navy Veteran
“AFTER LEAVING THE MILITARY, I FELT LOST—UNSEEN BY THE VA AND ALONE IN MY STRUGGLES WITH PTSD AND MST. THEN I FOUND THE PINK BERETS. THE BOND I SHARE WITH THESE WOMEN GAVE ME THE SENSE OF BELONGING I’D BEEN MISSING.”
Dr. Bernadine Martinez
Director of Archery
“AFTER LEAVING THE MILITARY, I STRUGGLED TO FIND CONNECTION AND HEALING. I FELT ALONE IN MY TRAUMA—UNTIL I FOUND THE PINK BERETS. THROUGH ARCHERY AND OTHER PROGRAMS, I FOUND FOCUS, PEACE, AND PURPOSE.”
